If you will face  issue when after not correct shutdown of your PC with Win 10 you can not get access to you local disk, this video will help you to solve current problem.

Solving:

In general you need to do 3 simple steps.
1. Run Command prompt as Administrator
2. Run the command chkdsk /f (Disk letter): and press enter
3. In case if you have not access to you HDD, add Everybody in Security tab of your HDD
