Trabla : How to set up Paint.NET as default image ( photo ) editor in Windows 10 Version 1903
Paint.net (stylized as Paint.NET or paint.net) is a freeware raster graphics editor program for Microsoft Windows, developed on the .NET Framework.
By default, when we double click on image file it is opened with default image/photo editing program - "Photos". Let's change it.

1. In the Taskbar search box enter "default apps"
2. Click on "Open" link button of "Default apps ( System settings ) "
3. Find "Photo viewer" block
4. Click on app icon
5. Select new default application - Pain.NET image editor
6. Perfect :)
7. Test setting - double click on any image
