Designers and developers use HEX ( hexadecimal ) colors in web design. A HEX color is expressed as a six-digit combination of numbers and letters defined by its mix of red, green and blue (RGB).

Solution #1 :

Step 1 : click on "Color Picker Tool"

Step 2 : enable checkbox "Use Info Window" 

Step 3 : click on any image area 

Step 4 : copy hex color value from Info Window dialog 

Solution #2:

Step 1 : click on  "foreground color" OR "background color" 

to open "Color Selection Dialog"

Step 2 : click on "eyedropper", than click on image area 

Step 3 : copy hex color from "HTML notation" field
