Solving:

1. "Start" -> right mouse click on "Computer" - select "Properties"

2. Click "Advance system settings"

3. Select "Advanced" Tab and click "Settings" button in "Performance" block

 4. Select "Adjust for best performance" , click "Apply" and click "Ok"
