Solving:

1. Stop virtual machine

2. Select virtual machine and click "Settings" or just press Ctrl + s

3. Select "System" submenu

4. Select "Processor" tab

5. Enable checkbox "Extended Feature: Enable PAE/NX"
and click OK

6. Start virtual machine

7. Hooray :)
